4. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you visit or interact with the Services, certain information may be collected automatically from your browser, computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device.

This information may include:

IP Address

We may collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

IP address information may be used to:

4.3 Multiple Applications

If you apply for multiple credit cards, each application will result in a separate hard credit inquiry from that Card Issuer. You should carefully consider the potential impact on your credit score before submitting multiple applications.

5. CREDIT FREEZE AND CREDIT LOCK DISCLOSURE

5.1 Credit Freeze

A credit freeze (also known as a security freeze) restricts access to your credit report. If you have a credit freeze in place with any of the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion), please be aware of the following:

  • (a) Pre-Screen: To obtain pre-qualified recommendations through our Service, you must temporarily lift (unfreeze) your credit freeze with the credit bureau we use for pre-qualification purposes. We will notify you which bureau is used during the pre-screen process.
  • (b) Application: If you proceed to apply for a credit card, you may need to temporarily lift your credit freeze with ALL THREE major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion), as different Card Issuers may pull credit reports from different bureaus. Failure to lift applicable freezes may result in your application being denied.

5.2 Credit Lock

A credit lock is similar to a credit freeze but is typically managed through a credit bureau’s app or online portal and may be unlocked more quickly. If you have a credit lock in place, the same requirements apply: you must unlock your credit file with the applicable bureau(s) before pre-screening and/or applying for credit cards. Please check with each credit bureau regarding their specific procedures for unlocking your credit file.

You are solely responsible for managing your credit freeze or credit lock settings. Revolver Now is not responsible for application denials resulting from frozen or locked credit files.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF APPROVAL

CREDIT CARD APPROVAL IS NOT GUARANTEED: Pre-qualification or pre-screening through the Service does not guarantee that you will be approved for any credit card. Pre-qualification indicates that, based on preliminary information, you may meet certain criteria for a credit card product; however, the Card Issuer’s final decision is based on a complete review of your credit application, credit history, income verification, and other factors determined solely by the Card Issuer.

Factors that may result in denial of a credit card application include, but are not limited to:

  • • Insufficient credit history or credit score
  • • Income or employment verification issues
  • • Existing relationship (or lack thereof) with the Card Issuer
  • • Recent credit inquiries or new account openings
  • • Outstanding derogatory marks, collections, or bankruptcies
  • • Card Issuer’s internal underwriting criteria and risk assessment
  • • Fraud prevention measures or identity verification failures

7. NO GUARANTEE OF CREDIT LIMIT

CREDIT LIMIT AMOUNTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED: The credit limit you receive upon approval is determined solely by the Card Issuer based on their assessment of your creditworthiness, income, existing debt obligations, and other proprietary factors. Any credit limit estimates, ranges, or examples provided through the Service are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a promise, guarantee, or commitment regarding the credit limit you will receive.

Credit limits may be higher or lower than anticipated and may be adjusted by the Card Issuer at any time after account opening, in accordance with the credit card agreement and applicable law.

8. CREDIT CARD TERMS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

CREDIT CARD TERMS, CONDITIONS, RATES, AND FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The credit card information displayed through the Service, including but not limited to annual percentage rates (APRs), annual fees, rewards programs, introductory offers, and other terms, is provided for informational purposes and is subject to change at any time by the Card Issuer without notice to Revolver Now.

Before applying for any credit card, you should verify the current terms and conditions directly with the Card Issuer. The terms you receive upon approval will be governed by the credit card agreement provided by the Card Issuer, which may differ from the information displayed on our Service. Always review the complete terms and conditions provided by the Card Issuer before accepting any credit card offer.

9. INSTANT ACCESS DISCLAIMERS

9.1 No Guarantee of Instant Access

INSTANT ACCESS TO A CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS NOT GUARANTEED. While Revolver Now recommends credit cards that typically offer instant or virtual card numbers upon approval, whether you receive instant access depends on factors determined by the Card Issuer, including identity verification, fraud prevention protocols, application timing, and system availability. Some approved applicants may be required to wait for their physical card to arrive before using their account.

9.2 Additional App or Software Requirements

INSTANT ACCESS MAY REQUIRE DOWNLOADING ADDITIONAL APPLICATIONS. To access your virtual card number or add your card to a digital wallet, you may be required to download and install the Card Issuer’s mobile application or other software. This may include, but is not limited to, banking apps, digital wallet apps (such as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet), or Card Issuer-specific applications. You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with any required applications and for completing any additional verification steps required by the Card Issuer.

9.3 Spending Limits Before Physical Card Activation

YOUR AVAILABLE SPENDING LIMIT MAY BE RESTRICTED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AND ACTIVATE YOUR PHYSICAL CARD. Even if you receive instant access to a virtual card number, some Card Issuers impose temporary spending restrictions until you activate your physical card. These restrictions are determined by the Card Issuer and may include:

  • • A reduced spending limit (for example, you may only be able to access a portion of your approved credit limit, such as $300 of a $1,000 limit)
  • • Restrictions on the types of purchases allowed
  • • Limitations on where the virtual card can be used (for example, some co-branded cards may only be usable at the partner merchant initially)
  • • Transaction amount limits per purchase

You should verify any spending restrictions directly with the Card Issuer before relying on instant access for a specific purchase. Revolver Now is not responsible for any inconvenience or inability to complete a transaction due to Card Issuer-imposed spending restrictions.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
